Job Title
Full Time Baker
Full time baker, experience preferred, willing to train an ambitious candidate.
Hours 5:30am to 1:30pm. Tuesday through Saturday.
Must be detailed oriented, friendly, willing to work as part of a team, and help where needed.
Passion for baking with a keen eye for freshness, quality, and cleanliness.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, weekend availability a must.
Professional appearance, ability to maintain regular punctual attendance.
Must be able to lift 50lbs, and be able to work in standing position for extended period of time.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
Preparing workstations for cooking.
Checking the quality of the ingredients.
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing.
Roast Chicken and Turkey as needed.
Prepare Menu Salads and Sandwiches.
Requirements:
Hours Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm
Must be reliable, punctual, friendly, outgoing and professional.
Prior experience as a cook preferred, not required.
Basic knowledge in operating kitchen equipment
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, up to 50lbs.
Able to multitask and work quickly
Bakery Front Counter Monday- Sunday hours available
Part Time and Full Time shifts available, must be available Saturday or Sunday
Responsibilities:

Welcome & Serve customers with a positive attitude
Assisting customers in selecting the right product
Taking orders via the phone or in-person
Operate cash register & credit card machine
Answer customer questions
Package & label baked goods, bags, boxes.
Re-stocking baked goods & paper goods
Brewing coffee/Espresso Drinks
Keeping shop, retail and preparation areas clean and presentable at all times
Be quick, accurate and organized
Respect co-workers’ space and time
Perform other duties as directed by a manager including empty trash, sweeping floors, party set up and clean up.
