Full-Time Baker
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Experience:

Front Counter/Barista
Hours: 6:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M., 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., 12:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.

​Your Role:

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Assist customers in selecting products and answering questions with genuine hospitality.

Take orders in person and by phone; operate cash register and credit card machine.

Prepare and serve signature coffee, espresso drinks, tea, pastries, and light fare to our standards.

Package and label baked goods, bags, and boxes; maintain product displays and stock levels
-
Restock baked goods, paper goods, and retail supplies as needed

Keep all shop, retail, and preparation areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during high-volume periods.

Collaborate respectfully with team members and support a positive workplace culture
-
Perform additional duties as directed by the manager, including party set-up/clean-up, trash removal, and sweeping the floor.

Prior cooking experience preferred, but not required.
Your Role:

Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.

Prepare workstations for cooking and check ingredient quality.

Cut, chop, and mix ingredients; roast chicken and turkey as needed.

Prepare menu salads and sandwiches.
