How should I store my fresh pastries?
Store cakes in a cool, dry place. Keep our pastries covered at room temperature for up to 2 days. Keep in mind there are no preservatives.
How should I store my pound cake?
Please keep our pound cakes in their original packaging and enjoy within three days. Please do not refrigerate.

Can I leave my pie out overnight?
Our fruit pies will stay fresh at room temperature for two days. After two days, refrigeration is recommended. ​Apple cheese tarts will stay fresh for two days at room temperature, then refrigerate. Chocolate ganache cake will stay fresh for three days at room temperature, then refrigerate. Pumpkin pie must be refrigerated immediately. See card in package for reheat instructions.​
Can I freeze my cake?

Yes! Most cakes freeze well. Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap, then foil. Thaw on the kitchen counter overnight before serving.

Can I leave my buttercream cake out overnight?
No, our fresh buttercream cakes should be enjoyed the day they are brought home. They can remain unrefrigerated up to four hours.

Do you have menu options for those with allergies?

​Please notify us of any allergies when ordering. While our kitchen is peanut-free, we do use almonds and walnuts on our café side. Our baked goods do not contain nuts unless noted.

Do you have gluten-friendly options?
Yes. Our Flourless Chocolate Ganache Cake is a guest favorite! We also offer gluten-free scones, brownies, brookies, and chocolate chip cookies—available by special order with one week’s notice. Please note while we offer gluten-friendly items, our kitchen does use gluten. For more information, please contact us.

Do you offer non-dairy options?
We offer a selection of non-dairy milk alternatives for our beverages. Our baked goods do not have non-dairy alternatives.

Do you allow computers?
While we don’t discourage laptops entirely, we kindly ask that you be mindful of your time and of guests around you. Please limit your visit to 60 minutes, especially during peak hours, so that everyone can enjoy our space. We kindly request that you refrain to bringing your laptops Friday through Sunday.

Polka Dot Pound Cake is walk-in only. For Afternoon Tea, please reserve at least 24 hours in advance. For private events or group bookings (12+ guests), please contact our events team.
